A substantial portion of Mr. Keleher’s practice involves general commercial litigation and representation of creditors in bankruptcy. Mr. Keleher has litigated numerous complex commercial disputes in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico and in state District Courts throughout New Mexico.
Mr. Keleher’s extensive experience in commercial litigation involves all types of matters, including franchise disputes, FDCPA claims, real property disputes, equipment and vehicle financing and general collection and defense work. Mr. Keleher is also an experienced mediator in disputes ranging from complex commercial matters to wrongful death claims.
