Dear Susan,
I don’t have a quick easy answer to your questions other that to say I think it is entirely appropriate to include anything and all information about Mae Keleher and of course Mary Ann Keleher Rogers, and anything Rogers family members would like to add. I also am pleased you are checking out the collection. Your questions deserve thoughtful answers, and I want to answer each of them, and am willing to spend the time to discuss. Also I think we should have a plan as to what would be done with the 25 boxes of stuff, and who would put the time into the matter? and where would they go? If to someone’s house, whose? and what then? Jan Barnhart, the archivist who received the collection wanted everything we sent, and the new archivist Mike Kelly (a nice person and qualified), but has different criteria. UNM has a new Librarian that just began a couple of months ago.
Peggy and I have a commitment in Santa Fe later today, so I will not write further right now, but will respond.
